Well, as the saying goes, it takes a while to create a great bond between 2 friends but it takes only a split second to break them apart.

What I'm trying to say it that, you can't just approach any random guy and ask, hey, I wanna be your best friend. Getting a friend is easy. Getting a best friend is harder as it involves trust and bla bla.

You've known your secondnary classmates for 5 years, excluding me. You can always turn back to any one of us and pour down your feelings. Sharing your day. Express yourself. Remember, a friend will always provide you a listening ear.

No matter how busy they are, they won't say, ''can you just shut the crap and save your fairy tales to yourself? I'm busy dammit.'' No. They would not.

So yeah, don't worry about finding a friend. As long as you're open and don't care who you hangs out with, you'll have a friend by your side.

Saying is easy you might say. So true. Just to let you know that my 2nd year in poly I will be having my Internship Training Programme (ITP), and if I'm lucky enough, I will be set to sail for 6-9mths on a vessel. 6mths without any contacts with your closed ones. 6 mths with people you don't even know. 6 mths with only water surrounding you. A freaking 6 mths. But heck it. I'm prepared for it if I will be sent out to sea for my attachment.
